Your meats will arrive from kobe-beef-store.com either frozen or chilled.
WE GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE WHAT YOU ORDER.
We weigh our meat on electronic digital scales carefully monitored for accuracy so you will always receive the weight you ordered, or more. In addition, we work hard to ensure that your order is picked and shipped correctly. If an item is out of stock we will notify you and give you an opportunity to substitute.
WE ASK YOU TO NOTIFY US OF PROBLEMS BY THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY.

SHIPPING
All orders received before 3PM Eastern Standard Time will typically ship the same day. We use FedEx overnight as our shipping method and orders are packed in a Styrofoam box with sufficient dry ice and gel ice to keep it cold during the shipping process. This ensures the highest quality of freshness upon arrival.
